For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program aimed at targeting selected and potential holiday-home owners and property management companies across Europe and beyond. The program will utilize various communication channels, including direct mail, social and digital advertising, email communications, telemarketing, and digital selling.
We are seeking an Outbound Telemarketing Agent with French language skills to conduct telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing, and lead development through multi-channel and tele-only strategies. Tele-only strategies will involve 1:
1 outreach and follow-up via phone and email.
As an Outbound Telemarketing Agent, you will become a product expert and represent the company by creating a positive first impression and providing a world-class experience to new prospects.
This role suits individuals who are competitive, target-driven, and excel at reaching out to prospects, initiating conversations, and building relationships.
What you will do :
* Conduct tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing, and lead development.
* Implement multi-channel and tele-only outreach strategies, including direct phone and email follow-ups.
* Engage with a diverse range of new business contacts, such as holiday-home owners and property managers.
* Develop expertise in our products and offers, and learn effective communication strategies to convey their value.
* Clearly articulate business decision drivers and benefits, positioning our products as strategic advantages.
* Participate in regular team meetings and proactively share insights and suggestions for improvement.
What you bring :
* Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
* Strong English skills to navigate the system and understand training and team communications conducted in English.
* Excellent customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills.
* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills over the phone.
* Ability to build rapport, identify key needs, and propose suitable solutions.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
What You Need :
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and online resources.
* Successful experience in outbound telemarketing demand generation.
Preferred (Not Required) :
* 1-3 years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric roles.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience with Salesforce.Com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach is a plus.
