Do you consider yourself a person with the facility to act in complex situations and set deadlines?What would your day to day be like?- You will help in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updating and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.- You will process customs documents in official organizations- You will be in contact with both internal and external clients, by telephone or by mail in at least two languages, Spanish and English.- You will answer the calls of the clients with information for dispatch or with their doubts about customs procedures.- You will be in contact with other departments of the company, mainly Billing and Operations to give the client a quality service.- You will work as a team with colleagues from your center, to achieve the objectives of the company, giving the best possible service in World Wide shipments while maintaining compliance with Customs regulations.- In summary: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area!What do we expect from you?- Essential Qualification: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Superior Training Cycle.
