We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated person to support our HR Services team that gives service to over 4400 employees and managers throughout 16 European countries through HR and payroll operations/administration, in close collaboration with outsourced payroll vendors and partners throughout Agilent. This position is part of the Europe HR Services function with 15 on-site or remote team members.

This position is a 6 months contract

The HR Admin and Payroll Specialist works with partners and vendors to ensure accurate, complete, timely and compliant delivery of pay and related internal and external reporting across France.

Other responsibilties include:

1. Processing monthly payrolls in accordance with the payroll cycle.
2. Ensure Payroll & HR administration activities stay aligned with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
3. Accountable for preparation/provision of monthly payroll instructions to external payroll providers, monitoring results, and validating accuracy.
4. Coordination of Taxes/Social Charges, Pensions, and insurance payments.
5. Manages complex problem resolution with partners in HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
6. Developing strong working relationships with external payroll vendors and internal departments.
7. Manages vendor relationships and service level accountabilities
8. Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy.

9. University Degree in Human Resources and/or Finance preferred.
10. Typically, 2+ years experience in a payroll specialist role.
11. Fluent written and spoken English and French is a must.
12. Expertise in specific content area of Payroll and HR processes and systems.
13. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
14. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
15. Excellent time management skills.
16. Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and work within tight deadlines. Ability to support HR managers in France.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and capability to work under pressure.
18. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid position - Mondays and Fridays possibility to work from home
