Job Description:
Summary: A marketing and sales role to develop and convert new business opportunities for the Engineering Plastic Compounds offered by the company in the Spanish market.
Roles & Responsibilities: Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of and adherence to policies. Research new customers to identify how the existing sales policy can meet their needs. Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, including problem solving. Achieve company objectives by thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance, and making forecasts. Plan budgets. Build effective working relationships within the organization, communicating clearly to contribute to the company's growth.
Skills & Knowledge: Relevant education. Five or more years of managing sales of Thermoplastic Compounds with a successful track record of independently developing a new customer base. Proven experience in the Automotive Sector (relationship with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers) – an advantage. Record of success in achieving sales results matching the assigned budget. Initiative and proactive approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Reliability and service orientation. Fluent in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel extensively.
