Project Manager (Photovoltaic Digitalization)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the integration between our customer, a leading energy transition company, and Smarkia. The goal is to establish a robust real-time and AI analytics layer.
The customer demands advanced data analysis and real-time monitoring to optimize operations and improve efficiency. This role bridges technological innovation and sustainable energy practices.
The successful candidate will ensure proper implementation and operation of our energy management platform.
Your responsibilities include:
* Uploading, updating, extracting, and optimizing customer energy data on the platform.
* Gaining in-depth knowledge of the platform's functionalities and value propositions to customers.
Project Planning and Execution:
* Implement the project plan, defining milestones, timelines, and resources.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
* Manage communication and collaboration with customer and internal teams, including subcontractors.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain detailed documentation of the integration process.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
* Manage project schedules, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
* Lead risk and opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success.
* Report on project progress and KPIs to stakeholders.
* Occasional travel to the USA for client meetings or events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of project management experience in the photovoltaic sector.
* Deep understanding of photovoltaic sector terminology, concepts, and standards.
* Knowledge of electricity markets, utility tariffs, and retail energy information.
* Experience with energy management platforms or SCADA systems is highly valued.
* English proficiency (C1-C2) with relevant experience in the energy sector.
* Proactive, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical abilities.
* Collaborative team player in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
