To achieve this, we are seeking proven, entrepreneurial Sales Leaders to join us as Partners. This is not a traditional VP of Sales role; it is a business-building opportunity for ambitious leaders to establish, run, and scale the Jarsking enterprise within their designated territory.

The Opportunity: Build Your Business with Our Backing

You will be the architect of Jarsking's success in your market. We are looking for leaders who possess the strategic vision and operational expertise to build a business unit from the ground up, with the full backing and resources of a global industry leader.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

* Market & Team Development: Establish and scale the Jarsking business operations in your region. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local sales team dedicated to market penetration and growth.
* Strategic Account Acquisition: Leverage your network and industry expertise to capture key accounts within the cosmetics and perfume sectors, establishing Jarsking as the premier packaging partner in the region.
* P&L Ownership & Growth Strategy: Assume full P&L responsibility for your territory. Design and execute innovative, multi-channel growth strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
* Global Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a key strategic partner to the global executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. Provide critical market intelligence and contribute to the company's overarching international strategy.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Attributes):

* Proven Sales Leader: You have a demonstrable track record of success in sales leadership (5+ years), with experience building and managing high-performance teams. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Packaging Industry Expert: You possess significant business development experience (5+ years) within the packaging industry and understand its complexities and key players.
* Deeply Networked: You bring a robust and verifiable network of senior-level contacts within the beauty and personal care industries.
* Business Acumen: You have exceptional skills in strategic sales, complex negotiations, and operational business management. You think and act like a business owner.
* Global Mindset: Experience in international business environments, particularly with U.S.-China or Europe-China collaborations, is highly advantageous.
