**About the Role**: 
In this opportunity as an Administrative Assistant, you will: 
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. 
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. 
- Support Financial & HR Operations: processing invoices, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity. 
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the team. 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. 
**About You**: 
You’re a fit for the role of an Administrative Assistant if you have the following required qualifications: 
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English. 
- Proven experience in managing office operations, vendor relationships, and financial support. 
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. 
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
- Successfully pass an extended background check. 
Additional preferred qualifications include: 
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role. 
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
