¿What do you need?
:
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
This is not just a job; it's a launchpad for your career in tech sales.
You will be the first point of contact for future clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in target companies.
Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads for our senior sales team while becoming an expert in the exciting world of AI and software solutions
Proficiency in english languaje (B2+)
Previous experience (0-2 years) in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement.

You will be Responsible for:
Hunt for new opportunities: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, web research, industry events).
Engage and connect: Initiate contact with potential customers through strategic cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Tell our story: Clearly articulate the value of Coderland's AI and software solutions, understanding client needs and showing how we can solve their problems.
Qualify leads: Ask smart questions to determine if a prospect is a good fit for Coderland.
Schedule meetings: Your main goal will be to book qualified appointments and demos for our Account Executives.
Collaborate and win: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Master your craft: Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM (Zoho) and constantly seek to improve your sales skills.
