This is a role that oversees the Distribution strategy for our YouTube and Amazon activities as well as preparing and delivering content to key broadcast and platform distribution partnerships and Programming management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Delivery**:
- Be the main POC for all distribution partnership content deliveries, maintaining excellent client relationships with ingestion teams of our partners.
- Gather, package and deliver all content for distribution partnerships including online platforms and broadcasters.
- Ensure all content and metadata are delivered in the correct format, resolution, and as per the tech requirements of each platform/client.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to make sure delivery timelines are met.
**Team collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor the Delivery Coordinator ensuring their efficiency and time management in alignment with the needs of the distribution teams’ partners.
- Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, collaboration, and innovation with Programming and distribution team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, International Business or a related field through previous working experience.
- Minimum of1 year experience in YouTube content programming and delivery, preferably in the animation industry.
- Strong understanding of online platforms like YouTube and their algorithms.
