We have recently established Nuvonix by Rebound, a new franchise distribution service setup, focusing on emerging brands and manufacturers' growth, offering many opportunities for career development.
We have an exciting opportunity within our Semiconductor Franchised Division as part of our global growth strategy. We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Product Sales Engineer to promote our franchise brands, emphasizing technical capability, cost reduction, and supply chain risk management. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will engage with new and existing customers to secure high-value, design-led projects for our expanding line card of franchise distribution brands across the region.
The role involves working with a diverse range of customers to understand their new product design prospects, product development roadmaps, and existing project AVL socket replacement opportunities. Collaborating with the Rebound commercial, technical, operations, and product teams, your goal will be to promote and sell our partner semiconductor, discrete, passive, and other products across our line card.
Responsibilities
1. Drive franchise business revenue growth in key customers to meet revenue and margin targets in your assigned region.
2. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse customers to achieve business goals and execute plans among the customer, franchise brands, and the company.
3. Engage with customer engineering and component teams, leveraging sales and technical skills to investigate, specify, design, and generate demand for a wide range of franchise products.
4. Create new customer accounts by identifying potential leads, planning sales calls, visiting customers, building relationships, preparing quotations, and managing sales opportunities from design to order fulfillment.
5. Understand business challenges and market trends to position and recommend appropriate products, technologies, or services.
6. Present technical and commercial proposals effectively to customers.
7. Conduct regular business reviews with Rebound Franchise and customers on ongoing activities.
8. Perform any other assigned duties as required.
Prerequisites and Skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
* Working knowledge of electronic components technology.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
* Strategic selling approach and business acumen.
* Persistent in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
* Proactive, open-minded, flexible, energetic, and a continuous learner.
