Responsibilities :

* Manage client relationships and own target and sales strategies.
* Act as a liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders to meet account performance goals.
* Negotiate agreements, contracts, overrides, SLAs, incentives, and marketing campaigns with partners.
* Deliver results, business insights, and strategic recommendations to partners.
* Monitor strategies and initiatives, and conduct quarterly, monthly reviews, conference calls, and presentations.
* Identify new revenue opportunities and prioritize them through business cases.
* Propose solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
* Prepare reports and conduct business analysis to identify opportunities.
* Be willing to travel quarterly for trade shows, conferences, or sales calls.
* Report to: Director of Sales.

Position requirements :

* Strong understanding of the travel industry, wholesale, and basic API/XML knowledge.
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
* Data-driven decision-making skills and analytical mindset.
* Existing relationships with key partners such as bedbanks, OTAs, tour operators, and travel agencies.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to influence and drive action plans at senior levels with clients and stakeholders.
* Based in Spain with the ability to work from home.
