Integrator Engineer (Insurance Core) | Fluent English | REMOTE 100% – Spain
We are looking for an Integrator Engineer to join a leading international group specializing in insurance software and digital transformation. This role focuses on integrating and configuring enterprise insurance solutions for clients across Europe, ensuring high‑quality delivery and smooth system operation.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong technical foundations, experience in the Spanish insurance market, and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

What you will do
Configure, integrate, and adapt insurance software components to meet client requirements.
Support the implementation of core insurance systems across multiple markets.
Analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical integration tasks.
Collaborate with development, product, and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Participate in data migration, interface development, and end‑to‑end solution rollout.
Communicate proactively with technical and business stakeholders.
Provide support during testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist in production deployments.
What we’re looking for
Experience as Integrator Engineer, System Integrator, Technical Consultant, or similar.
Knowledge of the insurance sector in Spain.
Technical background in IT integration, APIs, workflows, data mapping or middleware.
Ability to analyze and understand both functional and technical documentation.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Interview will be conducted in Spanish .
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with policy administration systems or insurance core solutions.
Knowledge of cloud environments, Java ecosystems, or CI/CD tools.
Experience in digital transformation or large enterprise implementations.
