Automation Expert with Customer Service Experience (Calls & Emails) full time
We’re looking for a tech-savvy operations professional who specializes in automation tools and has hands-on experience in customer service via calls and emails. You’ll help us scale our support systems by building smart, repeatable workflows while maintaining a strong customer-facing presence.
This is not a support-only role. It’s a hybrid position for someone who thinks in systems and builds automations that actually work in the real world.
* Audit and improve customer support processes (calls & emails)
* Build automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot, Help Scout, or others
* Set up email flows, canned responses, and auto-routing logic
* Design smart call-handling systems to route or tag conversations properly
* Reduce human workload through templates, bots, triggers, and workflows
* Still be ready to jump in on calls/emails when needed—to stay grounded in what the customer needs
* Collaborate with the operations team to improve customer satisfaction and speed
* Deeply experienced in automation (you’ve built Zaps, used Make, created custom workflows)
* Hands-on with support platforms (like Intercom, Help Scout, Gorgias, or similar)
* Understand the nuances of customer service via calls and emails—not just tools, but tone and timing
* Able to balance automation with a human-first approach
* Analytical, fast-moving, and comfortable working independently
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus
