Job Summary
The Tour Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our on-tour experience exceeds expectations. This includes developing and managing regional tour manager teams, recruiting top talent, and collaborating with our product team to maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Hiring and Recruitment: Develop an annual strategy to source top candidates and support business growth.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve our training approach to meet individual and team needs, including on-the-road coaching and training.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback.
* Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Support tour enhancements and marketing content through regional team input.
* Collaboration and Communication: Improve operational processes, collaborate across departments, and engage with stakeholders.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
