We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee health and safety protocols and implement risk prevention measures in our warehouse.
You will ensure our distribution center complies with ISO14001 standards and provide essential Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) support.
You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, and you will offer crucial administrative support for reporting activities. If you are passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment, we would love to hear from you.
Health & Safety :
* Implement and promote a Safety Program.
* Investigate incidents and document preventive measures.
* Conduct and review safety audits.
* Manage the Hazard Alert Program.
* Report work hours and injuries.
* Organize local safety activities.
* Communicate safety topics and raise awareness.
ESG Tasks :
* Monthly ESG KPI reporting.
* Primary contact for LEANpio.
* Conduct biweekly environmental audits.
* Collaborate on ISO 14001 compliance and ESG reporting.
Other Tasks :
* Create presentations for internal screens.
* Maintain a monthly newsletter.
* Coordinate external actions, visits, and training.
* Support senior operations manager with reporting.
