High End Restaurant Group - Tenerife
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join this growing group of high-end restaurants in Tenerife. With two stunning venues and a third on the way, this is a key role focused on converting enquiries into bookings, building strong B2B partnerships (hotels, corporates, community), and leading customer experience from start to finish.
You will be the go-to for event sales, loyalty programmes, and CRM strategy - managing every step from initial enquiry to post-visit feedback. You will also have the tools and support to succeed, including HubSpot CRM, a performance-led bonus structure, and full autonomy to drive results.
What We Are Looking For:
* 3+ years in sales, events, or customer relationship roles (hospitality a plus)
* Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian/French a bonus)
* Strong communicator and confident negotiator
* Highly organised, results-driven, and CRM-savvy
