This position is idóneo for a professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and coordination of large-scale technological projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Pilot Line Director in distribution and optimization of resources and economic accounting for the PIXEurope Pilot Line project.
- Oversee the cost model & sustainability of the Pilot Line together with the partners and work package leaders.
- Supervise administrative tasks and assist the PL Director in execution of the Pilot Line plan
- Assist ICFO’s CFO to ensure rigorous financial reporting & compliance.
- Supervise resource optimization for the Pilot Line execution, covering research, development and evaluation, open access and procurement activities.
This position will be dedicated full time to the** European Chips JU Pilot Line project PIXEurope** directed by **Prof. Dr. Valerio Pruneri**, within ICFO’s Chief Finance and Compliance Officer Team.
This contract has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe under the Grant Agreement # 101213744, Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU) and the Spanish Ministry for Digital Transformation and Civil Service, and is supported by funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of proven track record in financial coordination and reporting for large-scale, multi-partner publicly funded research projects (e.g. H2020, Horizon Europe, or equivalent)
- Experience managing economic resources, cost models, and sustainability planning in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with public funding regulations, compliance protocols, and financial auditing requirements
- Hands-on experience with complex project management

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines autonomously.
