Our team focuses on the top 100 customers in Western Europe to drive device revenues, demonstrating our capacity to connect with key business stakeholders and lead large device deals.
Role Overview
As a Surface Specialist, you will expand your sales skills across an international territory of 2 to 4 countries, with support for additional countries as needed. You will lead device sales with strategic customers, gaining visibility in the Modern Workspace and accelerating your career growth by developing deep business acumen and deal structuring skills. This flexible role allows remote work based on customer meeting needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Surface sales efforts for your assigned customers, demonstrating product expertise within the Modern Workplace team.
* Maintain operational excellence, including pipeline development, CRM hygiene, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting.
* Successfully close complex deals, understanding devices and commercial requirements.
* Act as the customer interface, orchestrating resources to solve problems and align solutions with customer goals.
* Deliver persuasive presentations to C-level decision makers and influencers.
* Identify and address technical and competitive blockers by engaging appropriate resources.
* Drive opportunities from start to close, collaborating with partners and internal teams to scale sales and incorporate AI solutions like Copilot.
* Share knowledge and best practices with peers, fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or
* Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience,
* 2+ years in solution or services sales.
* Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
Travel required: 25-40%.
