Key Responsibilities:
* Master of Accounts (70%): Manage the full vendor cycle, from onboarding to precise invoice processing and reconciliation within our ERP system. You’ll be the bridge between vendors and procurement, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Invoicing & Sales Support (20%): Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to turn contracts into reality. You’ll manage sales orders, generate invoices, and ensure our customers are updated on their payment status.
* Office Heartbeat (10%): Keep the Almería office humming! You’ll assist with corporate communications, office supplies, and coordinate meetings for both internal teams and valued clients.
