We are looking for a IT Junior Project Manager to work with us within one of our clients. The role will be based in Madrid with a hybrid working model.. The initiative aims to replace legacy systems with integrated and scalable solutions, streamline end-to-end processes, standardize data management, and support future business growth and regulatory compliance.
The selected candidate will support programme execution and governance activities while collaborating with internationally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
* Support programme planning and execution activities.
* Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
* Manage reporting, escalations, and governance follow-up.
* Assist with budget tracking and control activities.
* Coordinate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Help create structure, accountability, and operational transparency across the programme.
Requirements
* +2 years of experience in Project Management or coordination, with a focus on target delivery and creating structure, order, accountability, and control.
* Strong proactive mindset required.
* Application Skills required, MS 365 Office Tools (Outlook/SharePoint/PowerPoint/Teams, etc.).
* Familiar with: Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow for Portfolio Management.
* Experience with and ability to work in an international environment with multiple time zones, cultures, and languages, so flexibility within the agreed working hours is a positive.
* People management capabilities to create a cross-team collaborative environment towards a common objective.
* Fluent level of English required.
* Spanish knowledge as well will be an advantage
