ONLOGIST GmbH is a leading Hamburg-based software company and operates the largest SaaS platform for vehicle transport in Europe. Since its founding in 2014, over 100 customers in eight countries have transported several hundred thousand vehicles using our solution. Our customers include well-known companies from the car rental, leasing, car subscription, vehicle trade, and OEM sectors.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support our commercial growth in Spain & Portugal. Candidates must be based in Spain.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client accounts in Spain & Portugal.
* Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, preparing proposals, and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Prepare sales reports and track performance KPIs.
Languages:
* Fluent in Spanish (C2).
* Advanced English.
* Portuguese (fluent or advanced) will be considered as a plus.
Requirements:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
* Proactive, results-driven mindset.
