We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Nonprofit Transform Team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help build and execute long-term solution roadmaps that help our clients get the most out of their technology. You will work with project teams to design, implement and deploy solutions to a wide variety of Nonprofit clients. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) in the Nonprofit space. Your primary focus is to act as a clear communicator between client stakeholders and our technical team. You will spend your days uncovering business requirements, documenting functional needs, and showing clients how Salesforce can solve their everyday challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Create and demonstrate Salesforce solutions that address customer requirements, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
- Hands‑on configuration and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet unique client needs.
- Own the documentation of functional/technical requirements, user stories, and data migration strategies from inception to final deployment.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring the technical roadmap aligns with their long‑term organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Active Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Salesforce Certifications including: Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- In‑depth backend knowledge of the platform, including Tableau or CRM Analytics.
- 1‑2 years in a sales/success operations role within a high‑growth technology company.
