What challenge will you be taking on?
In our Administration, Finance and Legal team you will be in charge of:
- Documentary management, verification and compliance search of supplier invoices.
- Incident resolution, registration of due dates and returns of incorrect invoices.
- You will work hand in hand with other departments: execution of means of payment, reconciliation with suppliers, etc.
- Cash, balance replenishment and regular reconciliation.
What do we need in our team?
For this position, we need you to have knowledge and experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics Nav
- Microsoft Office: Excel
Knowledge of Sage XTR Treasury or other payment management software would also be an asset.
