We’re looking for a Business Development professional to lead growth in the defense and aerospace sectors. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customers to deliver high-impact solutions, build strong relationships, and drive new business.
What You'll Do
Lead sales efforts and close six- to seven-figure deals
Identify and grow new opportunities in defense and aerospace
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate demos, proposals, and technical support
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
Represent the company at industry events
Provide customer feedback to improve products
What We're Looking For
10+ years in sales/consulting (tech/engineering focus)
2+ years in defense sector, with strong network
Experience with public procurement and startups/scale-ups
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Self-starter, goal-driven, and team player
