Advise local and international clients on tailored insurance solutions. Generate and manage new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and care. Work within a truly multicultural and international team.
What we are looking for
Languages: German (mandatory), English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and commercial mindset. Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence. Previous experience in insurance or sales
is a plus, but not a requirement — we value motivation, learning attitud, and genuine care for clients.
What we offer
Permanent contract. Fixed salary + attractive commissions. Summer schedule
(July 1st – September 15th): 8:00 – 15:00. Winter schedule : Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00;
