At DAS Photonics, part of EM&E, we are committed to delivering excellence in financial management and administrative operations.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Accounting & Administrative Specialist to join our Finance team. This multifaceted role combines technical accounting with essential Back Office and Administrative support, ensuring that both our financial records and daily office operations run with seamless efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Full-Cycle Accounting: Record bank movements, process invoices, manage depreciations, and prepare payment remittances.
* Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive reconciliation of bank accounts, Public Administration (Hacienda), and Social Security.
* Tax & Audit Support: Coordinate with external tax advisors for tax filings (special focus on VAT Model 303) and provide key documentation for financial audits.
* Back Office Operations: Manage administrative workflows, including document control, database maintenance, and internal reporting.
* Vendor & Provider Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for providers and vendors, ensuring all administrative requirements and payments are handled promptly.
* Office Excellence: Maintain organized financial archives and ensure the workspace remains orderly, professional, and efficient on a daily basis.

About You

* Education: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
* Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated accounting and administrative department.
* Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel (Office 365).
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of fiscal basics, specifically VAT and general administrative procedures.
* Profile: You are a proactive and autonomous professional who takes pride in a well-managed desk. You possess the\ "Back Office\" mindset, seeing what needs to be done before being asked.
* Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing administrative tasks alongside complex accounting cycles.
