Responsibilities Create a social media strategy and calendar for various social platforms
\n
Develop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-end
\n
Craft all creatives, including messaging, design, and video
\n
Produce content focused on marketing and B2B topics to drive traffic and growth
\n
Utilize AI to generate content ideas and help with execution
\n
Collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
\n
Build and engage a professional online community through impactful content
\n
Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all platforms
\n
Optimize YouTube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention content
\n
Use social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibility
\n
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results Requirements 5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
\n
Proven experience in B2B and/or media environments.
\n
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand content
\n
Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software
\n
Progressive thinker and avid user of AI
\n
Passionate about communication, creativity, and making an impact
\n
