About the Role
MediaMint is hiring a driven Ad Success Representative (French) to support a leading client in the digital advertising space. This role blends client management, campaign execution, and data-driven insights—ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with client partners
- Lead regular check-ins and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with Ad Operations teams for campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Ops
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Zendesk
- Knowledge of digital advertising (Programmatic, Direct IO, Self-Serve)
- Fluent in English + French (mandatory)
