We’re hiring a DTC-focused video editor to produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is performance-driven — you’ll be editing ads designed to convert, not just look pretty.What You’ll DoEdit short-form video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)Turn raw footage, UGC, and assets into scroll-stopping creativesApply proven DTC frameworks: hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, CTAsCreate multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyersIterate based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA)Requirements (Non-Negotiable)• Minimum 2 years experience editing ads for DTC brands• Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices• Experience editing:UGC-style adsFounder-led videosProduct demos & testimonials• Ability to edit for performance, not just aesthetics• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar• Fast turnaround and organized workflowNice to HaveExperience working with brands spending consistently on MetaUnderstanding of creative testing frameworksMotion graphics, captions, light animation skillsPortfolio RequirementPortfolio submission is required.
