Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records.Process and archive documents and correspondence.Handle invoicing and payment follow-up.Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and events.Assist in preparing reports and presentations.Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.What We Offer

Handling reception calls and filtering them.Managing office materials and supplies, including ordering.Document management for workers accessing construction sites, including familiarity with platforms like Obralia, Sincondoc, Construred, etc.Managing training courses, medical recognitions, and recording work hours and vacations.Controlling work contracts.Managing documentation and notices related to Credit and Guarantee.Archiving documents.Additional Details
