Intracon Consulting is a 360o HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are currently looking for a Freelance Operations & Administrative Assistant to join one of our international projects with a leading multinational and well-known company based in Barcelona.

About the role:

• Full-time dedication

• Hybrid model (Barcelona area)

• Start date: May 2026

• Type of contract: permanent contract

• Project's lenght: a minimum of 1 year expected, extendable

Main responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of internal operational processes

• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on requests

• Manage and monitor shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper prioritization

• Organize and consolidate information from different stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of tasks

• Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of internal content and documentation

• Ensure processes are followed consistently, identifying opportunities for improvement where relevant

• Provide support on administrative and coordination tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Background & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles

• 2+ years of experience managing clients

• High level of English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working with structured processes and tools (MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel)

• Experience in international environments or shared services is a plus
