Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our group across France and Spain.This is a key, cross-functional role involving administration, accounting coordination, HR support, and executive assistance. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Accounting SupportMonitor and follow up on administrative and financial matters for two group entities (France & Spain)Track invoices, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on paymentsCoordinate with external accountants and support bookkeeping processesVendor & Partner CoordinationLiaise with external service providers (accountants, legal advisors, etc.)Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on ongoing mattersHR AdministrationAssist in payroll preparation and coordination with payroll providersManage employee records, holidays, and leave trackingExecutive SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CEOHandle scheduling, documentation, and general coordination tasksMarketing SupportAssist with basic marketing and operational tasks as needed (campaign coordination, content updates, etc.)Language Requirements English : Professional proficiency (mandatory)French : Professional proficiency (mandatory)Spanish : What We Offer Competitive salary (fix depending on candidate's profile + variable bonus)Important role in the companyClose collaboration with the CEOStartup environment with fast learningFlexible working setup (hybrid)
