Position : Servicio - Storage -L2 Admin - MSLocation: Madrid and/or Málaga (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: PermanentRole OverviewResponsible for managing and maintaining enterprise storage environments, with expertise in SAN/NAS technologies, storage provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms. The role involves advanced technical skills, proactive monitoring, and ensuring system reliability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, administer, and maintain storage arrays.Manage SAN/NAS storage devices, SAN switches, and replication processes.Perform LUN/volume provisioning, reclamation, performance monitoring, and tuning.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, apply patches, and execute upgrades.Monitor storage systems, handle alerts, and ensure timely notifications.Manage SAN fabric switches (Cisco/Brocade), including zoning, VSANs, FC-IP, ISL setup, and zone segmentation.Work with protocols such as SAN, NAS, FC, FCoE, NFS, and CIFS.Conduct capacity planning, reporting, and forecasting.Utilize CLI for storage systems and switches.Implement multipathing technologies and policies.Analyze storage array performance and optimize configurations.Administer environments supporting Windows, Linux, Solaris, and VMware.Resolve complex hardware cases and coordinate with vendors.Prioritize tickets based on severity, urgency, and impact.Follow ITIL best practices and proactively monitor for issues or improvement opportunities.Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation.Identify risks and propose solutions for escalated issues.Plan and execute maintenance and updates.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 3–6 years in enterprise storage administration.Hands-on experience with storage products: HP 3PAR, Primera, NetApp (C-mode/7-mode).Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS architecture and related protocols.Proficiency in CLI for storage and switch management.Familiarity with multipathing technologies and performance analysis.Experience in multi-OS environments (Windows, Linux, Solaris) and VMware.Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills.Ability to work in critical environments and manage escalations.English level: B2
