Job Responsibilities
* Supports administrative tasks, including diary coordination, travel arrangements, expense administration, and file organization, with some autonomy and guidance as needed.
* Supports a broad range of routine general office administration activities, such as room planning, photocopying, printing, filing, archiving, and managing office materials, with some autonomy and guidance as required.
* Supports the creation and review of documents, checking them for accuracy before forwarding for review, signing, and authorization, with some autonomy and guidance when needed.
* Supports administrative tasks by anticipating needs, independently handling routine duties, resolving issues, and assisting with higher‑level administrative projects, while maintaining a smooth workflow with some autonomy and occasional guidance.
* Assists with the implementation of basic office procedures and systems under supervision, helping to ensure smooth operations. Supports staff with simple administrative tasks and seeks guidance when issues arise.
