Animal Nutrition | Feed Additives | International SalesLocation Requirement: A leading innovator in animal nutrition is seeking a commercially driven Area Manager – Americas to lead and expand business across North, Central and South America.
This is a strategic commercial role focused on developing and managing distributor partnerships, driving new business opportunities, and strengthening market presence for a premium trace mineral portfolio.
You will act as the key link between the company and regional distribution partners, helping them unlock growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and expand adoption of technically differentiated solutions across the animal nutrition industry.
Define and execute joint business plans to deliver sales and growth targets
Support partners with training, product positioning and market development strategies
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across North, Central and South America
Position premium trace minerals through value-based, performance-led selling
Engage with nutritionists, veterinarians and commercial teams within customer organisations
Translate technical product benefits into compelling commercial value propositions
Position products based on performance, bioavailability and sustainability benefits
Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science or related field
5–10+ years of experience in animal nutrition, feed additives or agribusiness
Background in international sales or regional business development
Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
Spanish required
Portuguese highly advantageous
Competitive basic salary cicra €110,000 with performance bonus and incentives
