Job Summary:
Antima Group seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects across its portfolio, including Antima Homes and Forum Marbella.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
This role involves managing all project phases—from design to execution—working closely with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project management and coordination: Oversee all phases of design and execution in collaboration with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
2. Construction supervision: Manage budgets, timelines, certifications, contracts, and ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
3. Client relations: Conduct regular meetings with clients, legal representatives, and project managers to review progress and quality.
4. Coordination with public authorities: Handle license applications and support municipal inspections.
5. Internal support: Provide guidance to maintenance, legal, accounting, interior design, and marketing departments.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing architecture and construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, certifications, and contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, TCQ, Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is highly valued.
