Mission : Intellectual Property Paralegal within Puig Corporate Legal Services
What you'll get to do
* Follow-up on administrative prosecution for managing IP portfolios, in direct contact with External Counsels and under supervision of Legal Counsels, including proposing and implementing protection plans, opposition proceedings, and maintenance and watching processes.
* Obtain business information (use, sales figures, etc.), prepare evidence required in different proceedings, documentation for searches, and handle signatures and legalizations with Notaries.
* Manage invoices and monitor budget follow-up.
* Monitor internal IP database updates.
* Support various transversal projects and perform other IP paralegal tasks.
