The Role
We're looking for a sharp, user-focused Product Manager to help us build the future of rewarded gaming. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, shaping the user experience, and delivering features that delight players while driving growth, engagement, and monetization.
This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, data fluency, and execution skills. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, growth, and leadership to bring high-impact features to life.
What You’ll Do
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and ideation to execution, launch, and iteration
* Shape and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs
* Analyze player behavior using product analytics (e. g., Mixpanel, Firebase) to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
* Design and optimize core app experiences including onboarding, reward flows, and games integration
* Drive A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
* Work closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver smooth, scalable features
* Collaborate with UA, marketing, and monetization teams to align product and business efforts
* Advocate for our players, always ensuring the experience is intuitive, rewarding, and fun
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps or gaming
* Strong understanding of mobile app metrics, user funnels, and retention mechanics
* Experience running experiments and making data-informed product decisions
* Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership
* Passion for gaming, user engagement.
