As we continue expanding our European operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Arbitrage Trader based in Spain to develop and execute exchange, funding rate, and cross-instrument arbitrage strategies. This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven role with direct impact on capital growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and execute cross-exchange, triangular, and funding rate arbitrage opportunities.
* Monitor spreads between spot, perpetual futures, and quarterly futures markets.
* Manage capital allocation across multiple exchanges and counterparties.
* Optimize execution speed and minimize slippage and transaction costs.
* Implement structured risk controls, including exposure and counterparty limits.
* Analyze order book depth, liquidity conditions, and volatility regimes.
* Track performance metrics, capital efficiency, and Sharpe ratio improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience executing crypto arbitrage strategies with real capital.
* Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, funding rates, basis spreads, and liquidity fragmentation.
* Experience managing API-based or automated execution systems.
* Advanced risk management discipline with tight drawdown control.
* Ability to operate independently in a fully remote structure.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Professional proficiency in English.
