Logistics Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all distribution operations, from order receipt to shipment delivery. This position plays a crucial role in driving our business strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and customer engagement. The goal is to increase online presence and improve digital campaign performance. Plan and control all distribution operations, including coordinating with logistics providers and carriers to ensure optimal delivery times and costs. Supervise and continuously improve logistics flows, from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing customer incidents, as well as analyzing operational KPIs to propose continuous improvements. You will work closely with the Production, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure seamless collaboration. The adecuado candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management position, preferably in growing industrial companies in the packaging, chemical, food, or related sectors. Solid knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and operational process improvement.
