PIn this role you be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across Spain and Portugal. This role involves /ppmanaging regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with /ppglobal business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and deep knowledge of /ppthe Iberian market. /ppDELIVERY /ppDevelop and implement the sales strategy for Iberia aligned with global objectives. /ppIdentify new market opportunities and growth segments. /ppForecast sales performance and set regional targets. /ppBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. /ppNegotiate major contracts and partnerships. /ppGrow profitably in all areas. /ppBuild and increase customer base In the Iberian territory. /ppExpand market share through innovative sales initiatives. /ppMonitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. /ppEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulations. /ppCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer experience. /ppWork in synergy with the existing Ansell senior sales team to develop and execute business plans and strategies /ppwith the aim of growing and servicing our customer base. /ppEstablish and maintain relationships within the allocated territory through regular customer meetings, trade sales /ppdays, training sessions, networking events and office visits. /ppPrepare annual budgets and present these to the International Sales Director for approval. /ppWork with marketing to ensure effective and targeted campaigns are launched for your areas. /ppWorking collaboratively with other departments to ensure business goals are achieved this may be outside the /ppscope of your primary role. /ppRepresenting Ansell at all required events business and social in Iberia- additionally this may also be required /ppoverseas. /p
