We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in automation and SEO-driven web optimization across a large-scale consumer healthcare organization.
You will build scalable solutions that improve website performance, discoverability, and operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data, and SEO, focusing on automating repetitive processes, enforcing quality standards, and enabling continuous improvement across large-scale web platforms.
Main responsibilities:
* Build automation workflows for SEO audits, performance checks, and content validation.
* Develop APIs, scripts, and internal tools to reduce manual work and standardize processes.
* Translate SEO best practices into scalable technical solutions.
* Monitor Core Web Vitals, search indexing, and KPIs with dashboards and alerts.
* Collaborate with engineers, SEO specialists, product teams, and content stakeholders
Who are you?
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably on large-scale web platforms.
* Proven experience building automation tools or internal platforms.
* Hands-on technical SEO experience in production.
* Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
* Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, structured data, metadata, sitemaps, robots.Txt.
* Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Nice to have
* Experience building SEO auditing or recommendation engines.
* Familiarity with headless architectures or multi-site platforms.
* Experience with data pipelines or integrating ML/AI for insights generation.
