**Office Administrator (Marbella West)**

**Skills and Competencies Required**
- Previous work experience as an Office Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Some CRM experience would be useful
- Professional attitude and smart appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and customer focused
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English - with additional languages a bonus.
- Attention to detail
- Strong team worker with a friendly personality and good telephone manner.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Liaise with other affiliates, customers and suppliers of the company
- Provide a professional level of office admin duties
