We are looking for a Field Service Engineer & Customer Support Professional who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.
The role is a hybrid between Technical Services and Customer Service Center. As an expert professional in your field, you will be joining our Technical Services Department to support the assigned region (Extremadura) and concurrently ensure and maximize customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.
In this role you will:
Customer Service Center (CSC) - 80%
1. Unique point of reference with customers, providing added value in increasing their satisfaction (customers' only telephone line).
2. Ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products / solutions in the assigned geographic area.
3. Reception and management of external Service (customer) telephone requests: repairs, equipment maintenance, improvements and queries.
4. Processing of requests through the corporate program established for this purpose: data recording and opening of service orders.
5. Responsible for opening the service order process, and transferring it to the technicians in the area for its closure in the service order management program (Minerva).
Field Service Engineer (FSE) - 20%
1. Carry out installations and guarantees.
2. Carry out repair actions, maintenance visits and execute corrective technical actions.
3. Maintain the quality of the installations & detect errors.
4. Report data regarding the quality situation of the installations from the field of work to the head office.
5. Attend appointments with the client for corrective interventions, being responsible for the proper functioning of the installed base.
