At Gi Group, we are recruiting a Customer Service Admin Nordics to join the team at Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the scientific technology sector. We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience and an advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) along with fluent English. Handling inquiries and providing customer service to clients in the Nordic region, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of requests. Maintaining data and records in the system according to established processes.
Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in international environments. Advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish). Fluent English (spoken and written). Temporary contract until approximately April 2026 (maternity leave cover). Incorporation into Agilent Technologies, a leading multinational, via Gi Group. Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office). Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Spain time).
