We’re looking for a motivated professional with an administrative background to join our team in the real estate agency. The role is onsite at our Marbella office in Nueva Andalucía (near the Casino).
Key responsibilities
* Support with daily office administrative tasks
* Assist with CRM coordination and updates
* Manage portals and documentation
* Take charge of conversations with partner agencies
* Ensure smooth operations across the team
Requirements
* High level of Spanish and English (written & spoken); other languages are a plus
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
* Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required
