This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with an interest in financial regulation, risk, and fintech.You will support day-to-day compliance activities across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Candidates with prior experience in a bank, regulated financial institution or licensed FinTech are strongly encouraged to apply.As part of a temporary strategy, these roles may initially report directly to the CFO to help unblock operational and regulatory challenges, before transitioning into the Compliancefunction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport multi-jurisdictional AML/KYC/KYB reviews, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoringAssist with transaction monitoring alerts and investigationsHelp maintain compliance documentation, policies, and proceduresSupport regulatory reporting and internal audit preparationCollaborate with Customer Support and Operations on compliance-related casesEscalate potential risks, suspicious activity, or compliance issuesSupport implementation of new compliance processes and toolingRequirements1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Operations, Risk, or BankingExposure to AML, KYC, payments, or e-money regulations preferredPrevious experience in a bank, fintech, or regulated financial institution is a strong plusStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentFluency in English (additional languages a plus)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with EU fintech regulations (AMLD, PSD2, E-Money)Experience with compliance tools (e.g. SumSub, transaction monitoring systems)Interest in fintech, digital payments, or the creator economyAttractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills.
