Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective clients in Spain and Portugal regularly to comprehensively understand their needs, both in terms of technical specifications and financial considerations
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence from the field to inform and refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up to date
- Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sector
- Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships. This may involve on-site visits to assess installations alongside clients
- Capitalize on the unique features and strengths of our products and services to meet customer needs and foster enduring partnerships
- Innovate and propose creative solutions tailored to our clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are met while nurturing long-term associations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate contractual negotiations involving various stakeholders within the PV sector
- Proven experience in value-based selling and crafting comprehensive account development strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individuals
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish, Portuguese and English
