Job Title: Affiliate & Influencer Marketing ManagerDepartment: SalesJob Summary: The Affiliate Marketing Manager drives TikTok Shop growth by recruiting, managing, and scaling affiliate and creator partnerships. This role boosts sales, improves visibility, and strengthens brand presence across social commerce. It combines strategy and execution to develop affiliate programs that support Chai Vision’s goals for revenue, engagement, and creator community expansion.Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators.- Build and execute affiliate strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and GMV.- Negotiate commission rates, gifting programs, and content deliverables.- Track and optimize performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, ROI).- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices.- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators.- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Brand teams to align efforts.- Work with Creative teams to provide assets and support.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.- Manage TikTok Shop analytics, CRM systems, and communication platforms.- Support seasonal campaigns and growth initiatives.Qualifications- Experience in affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, or creator partnerships.- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.- Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution.- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.- Experience working in fast‑paced eCommerce or multi‑brand environments.- Comfortable negotiating and managing creator expectations.Tools & Systems- TikTok Shop Seller Center- CRM Tools- TikTok Analytics- Google Analytics- Monday.Com- Slack- Zoom- Teams- Lark- Influencer Hero- DiscordWork ScheduleFull‑timeOnsite, Dominican RepublicStandard business hours: 9 AM – 6 PM ASTWhy Work With UsJoin a fast‑growing ecommerce company where your ideas matter and your growth is part of our mission.
