We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce QA Manager
\n

Type of position: FULL REMOTE - B2B The amazing you, will have: Proven experience as a QA Manager or QA Lead in Salesforce environments.
\n
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
\n
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
\n
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
\n
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado).
\n
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
\n
Fluent English level - mandatory 🚀 Key Responsibilities
\n
Define and implement the QA strategy for Salesforce platforms
\n
Lead end-to-end testing processes across Salesforce applications
\n
Oversee manual and automated testing initiatives
\n
Manage defect tracking, test cycles, and releases using Jira
\n
Drive test automation using tools such as Selenium
\n
Ensure quality across
\n
Salesforce core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
\n
Integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware)
\n
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
\n
Establish and monitor QA KPIs (test coverage, defect leakage, release quality)
\n
Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies
\n
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus): Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
